Black and white has always been the foremost direction in my photography, concentrating in landscapes and cityscapes. However, the color sometimes can’t be deigned.
The images that I have captured are from places around the country and the world. These are places, people and things found and enjoyed as they are, not arranged or manipulated. The images are intended to take the viewer to a time or place so that they may share the enjoyment. Come and visit…
The photographs are taken both on film and now primarily, digitally. The images are adjusted in the computer with similar intent to what one would do in the darkroom. The final products are pigment prints on rag paper using up to seven densities of carbon black ink, or eight colors of pigment ink. As compared to traditional darkroom prints, the resulting prints are not only superior in appearance but also in longevity.
All prints are signed and limited.
